Driving Instructor Training
  1. All our course fees exclude DSA test fees and registration fee.
  2. Refunds are only issued if there are serious medical grounds and must be confirmed in writing by your Doctor or Medical Practitioner.
  3. If you pay for each part individually, once the part has started, course fees are non-refundable.
  4. Should extra training be needed it will be charged at a rate of £35/hour.
  5. If you have not completed your training within 2 years of the date training is commenced you will be required to pay the equivalent of any price increase that may have occurred. This includes
    any hourly training being undertaken.
  6. You are responsible for maintaining contact with us and advising us of any change to your address or telephone number.
  7. We will advise you of the private practice needed for Parts 2 & 3 and you agree to undertake
    such practice in your own time and vehicle.
  8. You must give 3 working days notice if you re unable to attend any training sessions to avoid incurring additional costs.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse training to any trainee deemed unfit for training due to the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. That training will be deducted from your training allowance.
  10. We do not tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse should these circumstances occur your trainer reserves the right to refuse you training.
Learner Driver Training
  1. Every pupil must produce their appointment card on every lesson.
  2. All fees and car hire charges for test are payable in advance, otherwise appointments cannot be reserved.
  3. Every care is taken to ensure that you will receive your lessons in accordance with your appointment, but illness, mechanical breakdown and weather conditions are sometimes unavoidable. Under such circumstances appointments may be changed at short notice.
  4. The school cannot be held responsible for cancellation of driving test by the department of transport, therefore fee will be charged.
  5. The school reserves the right to withhold the use of cars for tests if the instructor does not consider the pupil is up to the required standard.
Publications
  1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you may return the goods to us providing the goods are not damaged in anyway, you must  inform us of this with in 48 hours of receiving your goods. Once goods are    returned to us a refund will be issued to you minus a £5 restocking/admin fee.
  2. DVD’s and CD-Roms can only be returned providing the security seal is still  intact and is not tampered with.
  3. DVD’s and CD-Roms that are faulty should be reported to us within 48hours of receiving your product, once the product has been returned a replacement product will be sent to you, there are no refunds given on DVD’s and CD-Roms.

Having previously taught the rest of my family, I also decided to learn how to drive from the Kalsi School of Motoring. Mr Kalsi was both exceptionally informative, supportive and friendly which made me look forward to every driving lesson I had as each one was greatly worthwhile and enjoyable.
